Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Close any other tab, window, or program that's using the Arduino.
Try again using the retry link above.
Disconnect and reconnect your Arduino.
Reload the page.
Use a different USB cable and/or USB port.

Download WireGardenPlugin.msi.
Open the file to install the plugin.
Download WireGardenArduinoDrivers.msi.
Open the file to install the Arduino drivers. You must be an administrator. If you do not install the drivers, the plugin will not be able to recognize the Arduino.
Refresh this page.

Important If you are using Internet Explorer, you must add Manylabs to the list of trusted sites.
